Silvo Barac
Chief Investment Officer
Founder and Chief Investment Officer of 442 Capital, Silvo has worked in the funds management industry for over 18 years and has extensive experience investing in Australian small and medium-sized listed companies.
Silvo was formally the Head of Listed Equities and Senior Portfolio Manager at a boutique investment firm, where he managed $1.1 billion of capital for wholesale, high-net-worth, and institutional clients.
Spanning a period of 15 years, Silvo was also responsible for managing the investment team, and all aspects of the investment process.
Wendy Pfeiffer
CFO & Head of Operations
Wendy Pfeiffer is an experienced funds management executive, with strong commercial and operational acumen. Previously the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Head of Operations for a $1.1 billion funds management business, where she oversaw all fund administration and finance-related activities for 8 years.
Wendy was CFO and Director at Convexity Ltd; a responsible entity for wholesale and retail-managed investment schemes, for 10 years. Previously she was Vice President at State Street Australia Ltd, responsible for the Melbourne office for 7 years managing a large team and overseeing $14 billion of client funds.
Wendy is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
EMERGING COMPANIES FUND
We welcome investors to the 442 Capital Emerging Companies Fund.
The Fund’s investment objective is to compound capital at 8%-12% per annum. We aim to achieve this objective by applying a high-conviction long-term investment approach.
